This continuing education program aims to develop and enhance teachers' skills for inclusive teaching practices. It covers topics such as recent developments in inclusive education policies, innovative pedagogical approaches for diverse classrooms, strategies for supporting students with special educational needs, and methods for creating a positive and inclusive school culture. The program also addresses challenges in implementing inclusive practices and provides practical solutions.
Participants will improve their ability to identify and support students with various special needs, including learning disabilities, behavioral issues, and giftedness. They will develop skills in differentiated instruction, classroom management for diverse groups, and collaborative problem-solving. The program also enhances competencies in using adaptive technologies, designing inclusive curricula, and implementing effective assessment strategies for diverse learners.
