This blended learning program aims to promote inclusive practices and intercultural education in French schools. It focuses on developing cultural awareness and sensitivity among educators, understanding the challenges faced by students from diverse backgrounds, and implementing strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive school environment. The course also addresses issues of discrimination and stereotyping, and provides tools for promoting equality and respect in the classroom.
Participants will develop skills in intercultural communication, managing culturally diverse classrooms, and addressing language barriers. They will enhance their ability to recognize and address unconscious biases, implement culturally responsive teaching methods, and create inclusive curricula that reflect diverse perspectives. The program also develops competencies in conflict resolution, promoting student collaboration across cultural boundaries, and engaging with families from diverse backgrounds.
