This university diploma program aims to provide in-depth knowledge and skills for implementing inclusive education practices. It focuses on theoretical foundations of inclusive education, current research and best practices, policy frameworks, and practical strategies for creating inclusive learning environments. The program emphasizes a holistic approach to inclusion, addressing not only disabilities but also cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic diversity. It also aims to develop leadership skills for driving institutional change towards more inclusive practices.
Participants will develop advanced skills in needs assessment, individualized education planning, and implementing universal design for learning principles. They will enhance their abilities in collaborative teaching, managing multi-professional teams, and coordinating support services. The program also addresses competencies in action research, policy analysis, and advocacy for inclusive education. Participants will improve their skills in mentoring colleagues and leading professional development initiatives on inclusive practices.
