This thesis explores diversity through theater, focusing on investigative dramatization. It examines multiculturalism and interculturalism, adopting the view that Intercultural Education addresses diversity in schools. The practical part involved an educational intervention with nine 8-9-year-old students, where they used theater techniques to explore six stories related to diversity. The intervention was based on two of Banks’ approaches: transformation and social action. Students studied themes like acceptance, empowerment, and respect, and proposed activities to raise awareness. The intervention concluded with a social action event on diversity at the end of the school year.
