European Leadership for Diversity eHub

The European Leadership for Diversity eHub comprises a digital inventory of teaching and learning resources for diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership (DEI) and also for intercultural communication. It serves as a valuable tool for school leaders, administration staff, teachers, educators, trainers, and consultants to find best practices and programs relevant to the design and delivery of inclusive leadership workshops, promoting equitable and diverse learning environments for all teachers, staff, and students. Additionally, it supports the development of intercultural competence.

How to use this tool? There are three ways you can use the tool:

1) Use “Search the eHub” (below), enter in any relevant intercultural education search word or topic you are interested in to find the most relevant learning resources.
2)  Use our filters (below left) to search for best practices across 7 key categories.
3) Simply scroll through the “Latest Resources” (below right) and click to explore the ones that catch your attention.

The eHub offers automated translations for all resources integrated into the platform, aiming to ensure accessibility to a diverse audience. However, some resources contain external links that may only be available in specific languages, as indicated by the “Filter by LANGUAGE” heading.

Also, it is not possible to search the eHub in a language other than English as indicated below.
